I am currently preparing to start A HUGE event here in LA at 10am and my phone has starting slippinmg into SOS mode relentlessly for the past 3 hours making correspondence between my team and my patrons with me IMPOSSIBLE. I am livid and completely losing my mind as I need seamless communication in crunchtime. I pay Verizon wayyyy to much money for multiple devices monthly and what perfect timing this situation has. PLEASE someone from verizon help me ASAP. The level of inconvenience right now is beyond immense. HELP HELP HELP
