how do I get my cell back to normal?
That shows up if you put your phone in recovery mode. There is no easy way to exit recovery mode without doing a recovery.

What color is the background? Was the device off and then you plugged it in? Were you accidentally holding down home when you were doing it? If it's black screen with the iTunes logo and it was powered down when you plugged it in. Hold power until it turns off(20-30 seconds). Then turn it on.
