A couple of days ago I chatted online with a Verizon salesperson. In one text I explicitly wrote that I didn't want to deal with inserting a SIM card (I'm almost 76 years old). That was the main reason that I decided to buy from Verizon and not (less expensively) from Amazon. The phone arrived yesterday--with a SIM card that needs to be inserted.
Michele, you effectively lied to me by not disclosing that I was going to have to insert a SIM. I'm very disappointed.
(Verizon, you should also guarantee that refurbished phones have 80% or better battery life, as Amazon does.)
