When trying to open Safari getting message "Safari could not open page because the server stopped responding" . how is this resolved?
Being a user of Safari, I understand needing your internet to work when you need it. This error message pops up when the device doesn't have a good internet connection. Are you connected to our Network or wifi when you are attempting to access Safari?

It works on wifi, but not on cellular. It stopped working a couple of seeks ago after an iphone upgrade
