I need to upgrade at least one iPhone and don't see any BOGO or other deals for existing wireless customers. We have been customers for YEARS and already have 5 lines. It seems very silly to have to sit and wait or "keep an eye out" for deals. Is there nothing for customers who are loyal? Other carriers are getting better and maybe worth switching. It's frustrating - would love to feel like this one customer is worth keeping. Sigh.
