I recently upgraded IOS on iphone 6s and visual voicemail disappeared and is no longer available. When I go to voicemail it calls a number, I see numeric keypad, and puts me in an old-fashioned voicemail.
That has to be annoying. I love visual voicemail! I expect this is a problem that Apple needs to address. Updating your OS would not make changes in your account features. Have you tried contacting Apple Support?
