Constantly a weak signal only 2 bars, how do I improve? Also, how do I check for carrier updates?
Many have reported signal issues myself included for several months get no help at all just excuses and hung up on I was told 2 weeks ago a tech would go to the tower and fix it not happening yet seems they think it will fix itself
