I could not activate the cellular function of my new Apple Watch series 3 after struggled several hours with V and A representatives. The firmware is updated and I rebooted iPhone X/Watch many times. Nothing changed.
Phone: iPhone X
Watch: Apple Watch series 3 with GPS + cellular
Verizon Plan: prepaid / 7G
I apologize for the issues you're having with adding a watch, Kimbio. Let me help you with this concern as it relates to your ,mobile device. Based on your message, this is referring to a prepaid account. I regret to inform you that prepaid accounts are not able to use the watch as it requires a NumberShare and prepaid accounts are restricted from this feature.
