SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS:

i have two iPhone 15 pluses. This girl told me bc of my good credit they would be free. So we get the phones and open them. Come to find out they’re not free. She lied. And each phone was almost $1,000.00. Based off the papers they sent in each phone box.


She said her and her husband would pay the phones off. But she keeps saying she needs me to make her an account manager, so she can put the phone in her husbands name to make it cheaper. Is she trying to steal the phone from me? If it’s put in his name would he/ they be responsible for paying the bill? Would they then be able to take the phone off the plan and switch it to a new provider?

Customer service told her they would unlock her/the phones after the first payment. So now I’m stuck paying on TWO 15 plus and she gets off Scott free and my credit is harmed from all of this I can’t afford? I need answers PLEASE. Is she able to basically take this phone and leave me to pay on it while she goes to another service provider when it’s unlocked? 

her husband insured me he would pay it because she lied to me. And has apparently done this to people before. But I feel as if it’s all I lie and I got used.
