Asurion replacement iPhone

Fellow community,

I purchased a brand new iPhone XS Max about a year ago and it recently broke. I called asurion and they sent me a replacement phone. Their service was excellent no issues there. However the replacement phone they sent me seems to be defected. It is not the same quality vs the one I had before.


Can anyone recommend some troubleshooting that way my iPhone is running to full capacity?


what are the options for me to get another replacement phone I feel like this one has other issues I’ve never had before. (Lags, call drops, extreme delay when typing)

You have to contact Asurion and have them issue a different replacement.
