Black Friday deals 2023

On November 29, we upgraded to two.new iPhone 15 Pros and ordered two Apple Watches as art of the deal. The watches were scheduled for shipping on December 15, but the was changed to will be updated. I reached out to support, but they haven’t been much help. How long does backorder mean?

I talked to customer service. Had to cancel my order due to one of the watches being out of stock (backorder). Re-ordered one of the watches, but had to pay full price. I am to contact Verizon in 4-5 days, after my first order will be “cleared from the system,” in order to get the deal I received on the watches (free) on 11/29. I really like Verizon as wireless carrier, but the online shopping experience was not good. Thanks to everyone who reached out. This matter is closed.
