Verizon is asking for my 2FA on my account but I can't get the code because my phone is broken. Doesn't seem like there is much help online to get information about this.
nick144,. we're sorry to hear that you're having problems accessing your account since your phone is broken. If we're unable to access it, you can go to a corporate Verizon store and they can access your account with a valid ID.
