I tried to access my Verizon account at home and was required to verify by a code sent to my phone. The problem is I DON'T HAVE CELL SERVICE AT MY HOME!! So if I want to explore my account or pay my bill online, I CAN'T get verification on my phone. I had to come to town with my laptop to get into my account. And no, I don't want to use the app on the phone. I need a larger screen to be able to see and navigate. Is there any option to turn this off or get an access code sent to my email or landline??? This HAS to be changed.
Your help is appreciated.

Our only goal is to protect your information, kallicomom. We put you in control and you have the option to turn the Two Factor Authentication option off if you prefer. You mention that you go to town when you want to access the account on your computer. Next time you go to town, please access your account on your computer and follow the steps below.
Open your My Verizon
Select Account
Select Two Factor Authentication
Select Off.
