My IPhone 6s has a severely damaged screen and I can barely hear anyone speaking unless I use speakerphone. I do have insurance on the phone and will still be paying the $200 fee. My current phone is silver but I wanted to know if it was possible for me to get the replacement Rose Gold instead of the silver.. It doesn't matter particularly but I was just curious.

Reiii, I understand you wanting to try out a different color after paying the deductible. Please allow me to expand on this. Your insurance ensures that you get the exact same phone you purchased. The only times the color is switched are if your color is no longer in stock or you won't receive your original color in the appropriate time frame. Otherwise, this exception is rarely made.
