Can't Send Email from iPad

I'm trying to send email over my Verizon wireless connection. I need to know what the Username, smtp server name, port and SSL settings are for my Verizon wireless account. The mail is for my @Carolina.rr.com account which does not allow smtp access from outside their network.

See Below:

POP Settings

Account Type: POP or POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
Incoming Server - POP3 port: 995
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
Outgoing Server - SMTP port: 587*

* Note: If you are able to receive, but not send, emails while on your mobile device, you'll need to use your mobile carrier's outgoing SMTP server and port.

I want to be sure that we are on the same page here SHEMCC17. You are trying to send an email from your roadrunner account over the LTE network? What happens when you try to send one?

Yes. I am trying to send email for my roadrunner account over Verizon LTE on my iPad.

Messages stay in my outbox with an error saying that no connection is available. I'm following their advise and asking what the smtp settings are for my LTE account.

Roadrunner/TWC/Spectrum are not allowing smtp connections from outside their network.
