Hi! I'm moving from Cricket to Verizon. Every time I try to finish porting my number over, the Bot keeps telling me that my old account number is wrong, or when I check the status it says I have not finished it. Which I try to do but again Bot tells me it's wrong. Because of this, I believe this is why I can't receive calls from anyone, or send and receive text messages to or from an Android. Can someone please help?
