Can't recieve texts or calls/old account number is wrong

Hi! I'm moving from Cricket to Verizon. Every time I try to finish porting my number over, the Bot keeps telling me that my old account number is wrong, or when I check the status it says I have not finished it. Which I try to do but again Bot tells me it's wrong. Because of this, I believe this is why I can't receive calls from anyone, or send and receive text messages to or from an Android. Can someone please help?

I've been calling the number the entire time and the Bot keeps telling me it's wrong. Just called again and got the same message.
