Cell coverage problems

I have an iPhone 10 XR and live in 92656 area code.  About 2 months ago i stopped getting an LTE symbol on my phone at my house and I have very poor cell service there.  I can make calls but the other person can’t hear me or the call drops.  This only happens at home.  What’s changed?  My neighbor just bought an iPhone 13 and is having the same issues.  Can I expect improvement or do I need to find a new carrier?
