Trying to take advantage of the Disney Bundle offer but app says it cannot complete my request and online it won’t authenticate my email address. Help!

I have been having the same issue for over 2 weeks now.
I first tried to set this up on my computer through the Safari browser. Verizon said it went through but Disney's site said they were not able to authenticate and sent me back to Verizon's website. Now, when I try through the website I get a pop up box that will not accept the email address. If I try through the My Verizon app, it just tells me that I cannot help you with that request at this time.
