Please help me get this money back. I’m trying so hard to get the right amount charged for my bill. It’s 80:00 dollars, minus my 10:00 paperless billing fee, I’m still after almost one year dealing with this problem with Verizon. It should be 88: minus 10:00 paperless billing. 13 years I’ve been using autopay, and my billing is still pending not right amount charged. June, 2023 to current. February 2024. Please let me know why, is it because I’m now 66 years old.
