Date is December 11, 2023 pond delivery from the UPS driver of my 14 pro. The box seemed awful light and it was an empty box open in front of UPS . He took the empty box the UPS driver and registered it as a non-delivered. I cannot get anybody at Verizon to rectify this issue. I have spent countless hours, round and round, escalating, escalating, Service tickets, and getting nowhere.
