Earlier today I purchased an eSIM for my Apple iPhone 11 I was told that upon my order the EM would take about 30 minutes to activate. I brought my own device and am a new Verizon customer. What do I have to do to get the EM active on my phone?

I signed up with Verizon earlier today. ATT was doing me wrong and over charging me for things and I canceled my plan with them. My service ended at midnight last night. Well rather than waiting on a physical sim card to get here I just decided to go with the eSim option when checking out earlier. I have my receipt in my email and all. After buying the plan that I wanted I was told that It would be about 30 minutes before my eSim was active on my Apple iPhone 11. That was about 5 or 6 hours ago. Was wondering if there was something that I was supposed to do that I failed to or what?

Thank you for these details. The process should be fairly quick. Is your device giving you an error? Are you connected to Wi-Fi? ~Geo
