We were recently trying to update our phone plan at the Toms River New Jersey location on hooper Ave, to transfer a line from another plan. The process was difficult due to many technical difficulties, but the team on site was very professional and helped resolve all the problems. Especially team member Kathleen who was very patient, knowledgeable, and did everything to make sure it all was working. 10/10
