Hi. I placed an order on 7/3 for an iPhone that was set to deliver firstly on 7/6 and then on 7/7. Fedex says it was delivered on 7/7 but I have not received the package.
I will not communicate back and forth between FedEx and Verizon. This is a Verizon issue and Verizon needs to give me a new phone immediately that I can pick up at a nearby store.

I am dealing with same issue fed ex says they delivered my phones after saying they were lost and it would be 24-48 hours to complete an internal investigation.I checked the status of my case and to my astonishment it stated delivered.So I called fed ex and the lady notified me it was delivered to an address that is close but not the delivery address and was signed by a random person I’ve never heard of.This doesn’t make sense.And for over a week nothing but broken promises that this would be resolved.I’ve made over 9 calls most lasting over an hour of nothing but people that work for Verizon stating they cannot do anything and their ability is limited.I have lost almost $500 and many hours of time being frustrated almost to the point of panic.I will not be a victim of a company that has multiple complaints against a delivery company that is rampantly full of package thieves.This is the last ditch effort before I try media and my friends 6 million subscribers to find justice.It seems NOYONE at Verizon cares

I am struggling with the issues that happened with me this Thanksgiving and made my thanksgiving day the worst day. I placed my order on Nov 20th for 4 iphone devices and supposed to get my device on 22nd, Fedex update the status as devices delivered but its never delivered to me. My Ring and security cameras also not captured any Fedex guy to stop by at my door to deliver package and get my sign. Other package also supposed to deliver today on 24th Nov, and the same incident happended again. I called fedex 10 times and Verizon the same, they only keep saying the created the ticket and will investigate this issue. What a frustration i am getting and regretting big on to order from Verizon.
On 23rd when i called Fedex and Verizon for my investigation ticket that got created on 22nd, they responded that the package got located and will be delivered to me on 24th. But later they said they still not a able to find it yet and making false promises.
I would highly recommend other not to order from Verizon. This is such a worst experience and make my last three days the most miserable days.
I dont know what will happen to my devises and verizon is saying they start my service and i have to pay them. What a worst experience.
I will keep posting my experience on this community and also on Twitter.

Please help me if you see this my phone was supposedly delivered an hour ago but it’s not here or anywhere around my door or neighbors door. Plus signed for by m Williams Whom did not sign for it .

Did you ever get a resolution to this? Im having this same exact issue. And am at the point of contacting every news station that will listen, the BBB etc. Im over it.

Im having this same issue as we speak! I ordered a replacement phone back in July, phone never showed up. I get a charge on my bill for the full price of the new phone, despite me never receiving it, due to a "non return fee" for my current phone. Had to fight them to get in contact with FedEx, FedEx denied their claim stating they delivered my device, the picture they have isnt of my front porch, is just a box with no labeling even stating its a Verizon box, and theres no house or apartment number or anything in the photo. So idk if it's just some random picture for them to avoid a claim, or if it was delivered to someone else's house or what?! Verizon has clearly stated though that the new device has not been activated or anything. Which you figure would mean I obv dont have the device so I cant return it, and I cant return my current phone because then I wouldnt have a phone at all. The fact that they are trying to charge me $600+ for a phone I never received, did not sign for, isnt on my front porch in the picture, etc is INSANE to me! And they REFUSE to do anything about it other than shut down my account for non payment. Ive offered to file a police report regarding the missing phone, ive tried to file an insurance claim for it being missing and I cant do that even because the phones not activated. Theyre offering no other options or help or solutions to this. Whats sad is I've been a customer with them for YEARS. and always paid either on time or early. Ive been on auto pay the whole time ive been with them. Have upgraded multiple phones throughout the years and never had a non return issue, nothing. Im in chat with them yet again, and if this problem does not get resolved today, after me trying MULTIPLE ways to resolve the issue with them, I will be taking this to every news station that will listen, filing a report with the BBB, etc. Im FED UP.
