In Canada for a week. Activated Travel Pass and was in Canada 3 weeks ago with no problem. Staying this time just across the border and my phone can not make or receive calls. Please help...super frustrated!
You must have iPhone 5 or later
On Settings / Cellular make sure you have these settings - reboot after setting them
Cellular Data on
Cellular Data Options - Roaming Voice and Data - Voice Roaming on, Data Roaming on, International CDMA OFF
Enable LTE - Voice and Data
Reboot.
If that doesn't work take out SIM rub it and put it back in, reboot again.
Honestly some carriers in Canadia no longer allow roaming from Vzw. Depending on the area he or she is in its not going to work no matter what they try.
