How do I Update Verizon Carrier Settings?

I saw where Verizon is rolling out their new LTE Advanced within roughly 450 cities. I am in one of those cities and wondering what the updated carrier settings are? When I look at my phone under the carrier it says "Verizon 25.0". Is this the most updated settings? I'm just wondering if my phone has been moved over to this Advanced LTE or not. I have an iPhone 6s

Usually with the iPhone you will get a pop up to accept the carrier settings update.

Do you think it will still work if running the iOS 10 beta?

It may not until the official OS released and you are no longer on Beta. I would say that you have a 50/50 chance. It will either work or it won't. Verizon may not even have pushed it to you yet.
