How do I transfer all data and apps to my new iPhone 7?

if I upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7, how do I transfer all of data and apps to the new phone?

The easiest way for you to accomplish this would be to back up your content to iCloud, then import the same content on to the new device through iCloud.

You can also download Apple iTunes on your computer, plug your current phone into your computer, run a backup and then attach your new phone to download it. That's how I transferred from my 6S to 7. It copies everything perfectly. Also, you are not dependent on someone else's cloud system which can have security issues. And if you have any sensitive data on your phone, you can encrypt the copy you save on your computer.
