I want to upgrade my phone and give my old phone to my spouse. We are both on the same plan and they will both be iphones. How does this process work?
You can simply purchase a new phone and move the SIM card from your old phone to the new phone.
After resetting your old phone to factory defaults, your spouse can take their SIM card from their own phone and place it in your old phone. This will put their number on your old phone once they go thru the prompts to set up the device.
