How long does the iPhone 4s warranty last?

I am having trouble with the earphone jack.  The sound keeps cutting out if there is any movement with the plugin at all.  I have tried a couple of different headsets including the earbudds that came with the phone and the same thing happens with both.

1year from date of purchase. Bring the receipt with you to an Apple Store.

Do not use Verizon you will regret it.
