I just upgraded one existing phone to an iPhone 7Plus and added a new line also with iPhone 7Plus.
I want to remove visual the voicemail feature from both phones and rely on regular voicemail.
I went into my account online and "Blocked" both Visual Voicemail and Premium Visual Voicemail, but doing so apparently automatically enables "voice to text messages" feature for $2.99/mo/line. I don't want that either!
Short of going into my local store - which I'm guessing they will tell me "it's an Apple thing - you have to call them" What can I do?
