I need help! I have an old iPhone 6S that I want to trade in and upgrade for an iPhone 15. The iPhone 6S died the day I upgraded my phone a few years ago. It has never turned on since. Verizon sent me a text message that said I can upgrade to a iPhone 15 with any qualifying device broken or damaged. When I go to upgrade it says my iPhone cannot be traded in because it does not turn on. I've had some chat agents say I can trade it in and some say I cannot. Trying to get some clarification so that I can trade this device in with the current promo.
