Message+ - Not able to generate pin

I’ve been using the message+ app for a while now, but about a month ago, I believe after an app update, I was logged out. I still continue to receive push notifications to my phone of all of the sms messages, but can’t open the app to view them.
Recently I deleted the app completely and reinstalled to try to login again, but keep receiving the message “not able to generate pin. Please try again later sometime.”
I also have message+ on my iPad which is still logged in and seems to be working fine, minus the calling function. I deleted the iPhone profile from message+ via the iPad just in case that was the issue, but still no luck.

Hi - the iPad is wi-fi only, so no ability to swap.
One other data point, my work computer is still running the old Windows app that I believe was discontinued. Version 3.0.1. That seems to work fine, as does accessing messages via the Verizon website.
So everything (Android app on phone, website, Windows app) seems to work fine except for the iOS app.

Got it, thanks. From here, we will recommend to reach out directly to the app developers for additional assistance in getting the app working for you. To do this, press Menu at the bottom of Message+ then select Get Help. This will automatically pull up an email draft for you so you can let the Message+ app team know that you are unable to sign in to the app on your iPad.

Update - problem resolve. VPN was running on the iPad (didn't even realize it). As soon as I turned off the VPN, it generated the code.

the app got uninstalled and I am not able to generate pin to authorize the app.
