I ordered an iPhone 15 plus a few days ago and submitted all the necessary documents online but when I attempt to check the shipping status, it will not allow me to view anything only saying "Error." The money has been withdrawn from my account already. I have not received any updates, and when I try to contact customer services the automated voice says that the new number does not exist. This is ridiculous. I need to talk to a real person, not some useless automated call. This phone is URGENT to have.
