After holding onto the apple 13 for years I was forced to get a new phone mine had been hacked so many times I was starting to loos my mind between chemo and my dog passing. This is the last thing I need to deal with! Mark ups and not knowing disconnecting an old phone would erase everything off all devices and if you have had chemo, you know “chemo Brain” is no joke!! Half the time I have no idea how the fu@/ I got home or why I’m in the store in the first place?? Version is no help! Can’t recover any emails, it’s a nightmare! After 15 years with them I’m leaving Verizon! Good luck everyone
