Traveling in France with the Verizon International plan. Able to send and receive calls but no txt or data. When I go into settings and click on Cellular, I am completely missing the Cellular Data Options which is where I normally turn on Data Roaming. I only have Cellular Data and Set Up Personal Hotspot. How do I get back my Cellular Data Options in Settings so I can turn on Data Roaming?
We always want to make sure you're able to stay connected while traveling internationally, DoubleWahoo. Please tell us, do you happen to have both your eSIM and physical SIM card active?
