I cannot receive SMS texts & I'm missing vital medication alerts. Apple says it's the carrier & only Verizon can fix. I can send SMS. Does anyone know the solution? I cannot get through the stupid prompts to actually get to a real person. It was not like this 4 years ago. Verizon is the only company that makes it impossible for a customer to get customer service!!!!!
