I cannot receive SMS texts & I'm missing vital medication alerts. Apple says it's the carrier & only Verizon can fix. I can send SMS. Does anyone know the solution? I cannot get through the stupid prompts to actually get to a real person. It was not like this 4 years ago. Verizon is the only company that makes it impossible for a customer to get customer service!!!!!
We want to make sure your messages are working properly. Please tell us, what messaging app are you using? When did this start? Does this happen with specific contacts? ~Geo
