No call waiting or forwarding options shown in settings - iPhone6

I've read that in order to use call waiting or forwarding you have to go into Settings/Phone and turn them on.  However, they are not shown in my settings so I cannot do so.  How can I enable these features?

I know that I love using those features on my phone. Call waiting is a feature that should be automatically enabled. Do you have callers that have attempted to call you and haven't been able to get through? The link provided above is an awesome resource for call forwarding. You have to go to my Verizon app and set up an add on under manage device
