I preordered my iPhone 6 at 3:28AM EST on 9/12, but I still didn't get my confirmation email. I went to my Verizon Wireless account and it does indicate an order number for the iPhone. My order did go through and I have the receipt. I tried to track my order number through the website, but it says that my order number doesn't exist. What's going on?
