I have been experiencing about 0.68 Mbps download speed on my Personal Hotspot for over a week. I am on the Unlimited Data Plan with an Apple iPhone 6. I have only used 1.66 GB of Hotspot data. I connect via USB (with WiFi and Bluetooth off). I have reset the network settings. No improvement. Please help.

I am having a same problem. I noticed that this was never an issue until net neutrality kicked in. Perhaps Verizon is intentionally slowing down for the public just like they did for the firefighter association. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and now I am considering switching as I can barely use my computer during my travels.

Verizons HOTSPOT is Garbo after you’ve reached the LIMIT of unlimited you’ve purchased. This is their way of telling us to look into FIOS internet WiFi & phone which IS good but $$$ whew. If you’re getting Garbo service before your unlimited high speed LIMIT It maybe a glitch they will prorate reimburse or discount your bill. S___ happens.

I have the above unlimited plan so 75 high speed data and 20gb of hotspot but when ever i go over the 75gb my hotspot speeds crash along with my normal data which i think is ridiculous considerimg the can slow my hotspot speed without effecting my regular data why does my hotspeed speed have to be reduced when i go over my regular data i think this is a major issue it is for me atleast and i would like to see it fixed
