Paid my bill but my service was disconnected. I’ve tried to call and see if there is more payment needed or what the problem is but cannot get through to a human, just the automated voice that says it takes up to 15 mins to restore service.
I'm sorry your services were interrupted. I hope they were restored with your payment. Are you still without pjone service FloridaFriend? What is the My Verizon app telling you? Is the account still past due? -Joe
