Jane is AWESOME! I’ve never had so many issues trying to switch to my new phone. She was patient and explained everything to me and didn’t give up when we kept running into issues. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and she never got impatient or frustrated. By far the best experience I have had with Verizon representatives.
