Just activated 4 new iPhone 14. I ported the numbers from Xfinity. It has been 8 hours and the phones are in sos mode. Is there anything I can do to get the phones out of sos mode?

Hello, Khill918, we're so glad you chose to switch to Verizon and we want to help make sure you're able to use your devices ASAP. After your numbers were ported over, were you able to power your phones off and back on? If so, does it show your port is completed here: https://bit.ly/3OPHo4k?

You need to contact Xfinity to see what the hold-up is, as it looks like they have not released the numbers. Someone else posted recently that Xfinity wants to send the transfer PINs required for porting to the phone number(s) in question, which is obviously not going to work in your situation because your lines aren't functioning at the present. The other person had to go to an Xfinity store and get the transfer PIN in person before it would work. Otherwise, Verizon's Port Department can be reached at the following:

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
