My Iphone 13 gave me a Sim Card Failure Message Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with Tech Support, I was told that I had to use a temporary number that tech support installed on an ESim until they could further trouble shoot. And that I would not recieve any updates until Saturday! I was told not to contact anyone again because it would delete my tech support request. My phone is my primary source of communictaion for my small business. And for my main number to not work is a HUGE Problem. Is this normal for Tech Support to take so long to trouble shoot my problem. The Sim Card failure happened after I updated my I phone to the IOS 17.4.1 And is it common for them to tell me to not follow up before Saturday?
