I was sold an iPhone 14 by customer service. She told me that phone was 0 per month with my trade. I verified it 3 times!! We even went over the 14 plus and 15 that had payments, and I needed 0 payment because I am on disability. I have not even gotten phone yet, and I received email that I will be billed $20.27 month for 3 years!!! I call back and new rep pretty much says there is no way that happened!! I told her they need to go listen to the recorded phone call. I have been with them 40 years and this is how they treat you!! She says she can get me to $4.00 month but that’s all. I was told 0. They flat out lie and deceive! She said a Supervisor would call me back. It has been 2 days and no call!! I will be returning the phone!! And going to T-Mobile where I have been promised a 15 for free!! I thought they cared about long-term customers more than this! Sad!!

No I did not get the help I needed. I talked on a chat message with John. I have screen shots of everything. The app would not let me return my phone, it kept saying error. So he emailed me a return label; he said don’t open box, apply label and send back. I did, and I received confirmation from UPS that y’all received the phone back unopened on Wednesday 1/24/2024. So I would like to know when that would be confirmed so that I will not be charged for the phone? I got an email today saying that I needed to send in my old phone to trade. I am at a point of hiring an attorney!

Hello, loulou78. Thank you so much for this information. Help is here. The message you received regarding your trade in is an auto generated message as our system doesn't know you sent the phone back so it is fine to ignore that message. Also, when returning a device, it can take up to 7 to 10 business days before the return process is completed.
