Has anyone had any luck with getting Verizon and UPS to process a lost package claim?!? I have been dealing with UPS for 2 months on a filed claim regarding my trade in that has now passed its due date for promotional discount. Every time I call it’s literally the run around and having to figure out the Verizon UPS account number hasn’t been easy. As no one knows what this is and keeps trying to provide me with a tracking number. I am at a lost for words and can’t believe this is the process for two major companies!!! Absolutely a disgrace on customer service and taking the situation serious.
