UPS lost my iPhone

I ordered a IPhone 13 pro at the beginning of February. It was supposed to be at my house in 2 business days. It has been a week since and all ups is saying is "check back tomorrow for deliver date". I called UPS and they have said that the package is lost. I filed a claim through them and filed a claim from Verizon. Im very nervous and refuse to pay monthly on a phone in which I do not have. what do I do?

I have been going through this for months with Verizon, I will be on the phone with them for over an hour and then an hour long chat - nothing. They dont care. Ive created so many tickets and everyone assures you they are helping and they dont. The tickets get cancelled at the top.
