I have been with Verizon since late summer of 2019 I have never had an issue receiving verification codes and after 2 hours on the phone (on and off) with Chase NOT being able to be verified when all they needed was to send me a simple code via text message it got annoying. I am not able to recieve verification code by my bank on my iPhone XS 😞 please help
We know how important it is to received notifications from your bank to verify your account, Tiffba. Let's get some additional information. Are you able to receive notifications from other companies?
