Hi Team,
I placed an order on Verizon website on 10/02 and on 10/05 I got an email from Verizon that order is cancelled as I didn't pick up the item. I have used my $200 Verizon gift card and paid remaining balance using my personal credit card. I have received my money to my credit card but the gift card money is not refunded. Before the order cancellation I checked with Verizon live agent and they told me that gift card amount will be refunded back to gift card itself. It's been more than 3weeks but I haven't got them yet. I called Verizon customer care today and given all the details like order number, location ID, confirmation number but Verizon responded back saying that they are not able to find the order.
I told them that I can send the order confirmation email from Verizon but they denied it saying we cant trust that and initiate a refund which is a total joke. If Verizon doesn't trust their own emails how do they expect customer to trust Verizon.

That is indeed odd that you have already received the refunded portion back to your credit card payment, but nothing back to the gift card payment, saroop1988.
