I live in Albio, NJ 08009. i have an Iphone 14. I only get one bar of cell service.. Calls don't come in and go directly to voicemail sometime . Dial out the call receiver claims the call is sometimes clipped. I don't have this problem elsewhere.
Oh, no! Dealing with service issues can be frustrating, especially if you are having calling problems. Verizon is here to help. Please tell us more, when did the issue start (did it ever work properly)? What recent changes have you made (relocated, new phone, etc.)? Aside from the calls, any other problems (text/data)?

I have always had this problem. This my second Iphone. My Son
N who also has an Iphone has only one bar when he comes here.
I don’t have any problem with data and text.

Chief254, from what you're describing, it's not your phone, but simply that Verizon's service isn't very good in your area. There are several things which cause that problem, but about the only ways to fix low signal strength are 1) install a cell phone signal booster system or 2) switch carriers. If you decide to port out, would suggest asking your neighbors who they're using and/or check cellmapper.net to see how the different carriers are performing in your area.
