I purchased a IPhone XR December. Paid in full, no contract. This weekend tried to switch from Verizon to another carrier.
Phone is locked. Verizon states that Best Buy locked it. Spent an hour at Best Buy and they assured me a phone purchased in 2019 could not be locked by them.
@Bluebird991 I have a very similar issue with an unlocked phone I purchased at Best Buy that is now locked by Verizon. Did you ever find a solution?
